Golden Cleaning Standard Packages

Regular Golden Package
Baseboards – Light touch-up or detailed cleaning on a rotating basis.
Doors – Spot cleaned to remove fingerprints, smudges, and grime.
Surfaces & Furniture – Dusted and wiped, including shelves, tables, and other high-touch areas.
Blinds – Light dusting to maintain cleanliness.
Lights & Ceiling Fans – Dusted as needed to prevent buildup.
Bathrooms – Thorough standard cleaning of sinks, toilets, tubs, and mirrors.
Kitchen – Surface cleaning including countertops, stovetop, sink, and exterior of appliances and cabinets.
Sliding Glass Doors – Interior glass wiped clean; tracks dusted as needed.
Windows – Interior windows spot cleaned or wiped as needed.
General Tidying – Items lightly straightened to keep spaces neat and functional.
Vacuuming, Mopping & Dusting – Full sweep of all floors and dustable surfaces.
Deep Golden Package
Baseboards – Cleaned with a cloth and magic eraser sponge; furniture moved as needed for full access.
Doors – Wiped down from top to bottom on both sides.
Air Ducts – Dusted and cleaned to remove surface debris.
Blinds – Each slat carefully cleaned by hand with a cloth.
Lights & Ceiling Fans – Dusted and wiped using ladders and proper tools.
Bathrooms – Deep cleaned: sinks, toilets, tubs, and exterior of all bathroom cabinets.
Kitchen – Interior of oven and fridge cleaned; all cabinets (top & bottom) organized and wiped.
Sliding Glass Doors – Washed inside and outside, with track cleaning included.
Windows – Fully cleaned on both interior and exterior surfaces.
Porch Area – Swept and wiped down, if accessible.
General Cleaning – All areas vacuumed, mopped, and dusted thoroughly.
Move In/Move Out Package
Baseboards – Scrubbed with a cloth and magic eraser, moving furniture as needed for full access.
Doors – Cleaned thoroughly from top to bottom.
Air Ducts – Dusted and wiped to remove surface dirt and buildup.
Blinds – Each slat hand-cleaned with a cloth for a fresh finish.
Lights & Ceiling Fans – Dusted and wiped down using ladders and the right tools.
Bathrooms – Deep cleaned, including toilets, tubs, sinks, and inside and outside of all cabinets.
Kitchen – Full cleaning of oven and refrigerator interiors, plus inside and outside of all cabinets.
Sliding Glass Doors – Washed inside and out, including a full track clean.
Windows – Washed thoroughly on both the inside and outside.
Porch Area – Cleaned and swept, if accessible.
General Cleaning – Full sweep: vacuuming, mopping, and dusting of all surfaces.
