it all started when:
CLEANING AND ORGANIZING BECAME A HEALTHY OBSSESION
Adriana the owner of Dourado Quality Cleaning found that by cleaning and organizing her home first, everything else became easier.
Suddenly, she had more motivation to do what was needed to get done. It was as if a rock as lifted and her mind was at ease. She then took this experience with her to help other people do the same with their lives. Adriana and her team of like minded girls have been at this for nearly 10 years. Thankfully as all as these years went by, the purpose for starting the company has never been forgotten and it is still our motto:

Each customer requires a specific and individualized plan to achieve full satisfaction. That is why, we will do a free consultation with each customer to set expectations and requests so then we later on surpass and excel in those expectations and requests. In order to do this, each cleaning group will carry a personalized checklist of request and expectations of each individual customer's home that we prepared just for them.
EXECUTION
With the dedicated preparation now all that is left to do is execute the personalized plan with perfection and attention to deal. To ensure quality, each group has a standard checklist that needs to be fulfilled every single cleaning. With experience and consistency each group of our company has achieved the "Golden Standard' when it comes to cleaning. To ensure this is kept every cleaning, Adriana the owner will check the house after it is thoroughly cleaned to inspect it.

The answer to this question is dependent on many factors such as size of the house, how many people live in it, are there are any pets, when was the last time it was cleaned, etc. Your house is precious to us so to ensure we account for everything, we offer free consultation to discuss fair pricing.
No ! You do not need to provide any supplies. We will bring all supplies, but we are flexible in case there is a specific cleaning supply you would like us to use.
No, you do not. Many of our clients, trust us with their keys, lockbox code, etc. It is all a matter of comfortability but you are not forced to be there when we are there.
Yes, you can. By requesting a specific group of cleaners, we will ensure to keep that same group consistent to always clean your house. Unless of course there are any emergencies os mishaps in which we will warn before.
We accept all types of payments: cash, checks, zelle, venmo, and even online payments through our invoicing system.
During unfortunate situations like this, it is where our communication shines the brightest. We will first tell you what happened, and then the girls will immediately take a picture of what was broken and send it to our customer service department who will then recompensate or cover the cost for the customer.
